Latin America
Latin America

Different.

With one of us being from Latin America, having surfed most of its countries and visited most of our partner resorts, it’s easy to see why we love it here. Wave setups vary widely, shaped by both Pacific and Atlantic coasts, and so do the seasons and styles of surf. Cultures and landscapes shift dramatically too, yet warmth and hospitality are constants across the region. Even neighboring countries feel completely different in every sense, which is a key part of the charm. Some of our favorite luxury surf resorts in the world are here, and while we have little surf towns we return to, discovering new places, people, food, waves, and traditions never stops being exciting.

THE SURF

Points, beaches & reefs

Like the cultures, the surf setups and seasons across Latin America are wonderfully diverse. In the south you’ll find long lefts wrapping down Pacific headlands, as well as Central America with world-class beachbreaks and epic points in Nicaragua and Costa Rica. All of which peak in the summer of the Northern Hemi. El Salvador and Mexico deliver some of the best right-hand point breaks on the planet, while a hop to the Atlantic side brings a mix of peaks in Itacaré or world-class setups in Bocas del Toro. No matter when you travel, somewhere is firing and fun. Just ask and we’ll point you in the right direction.
