We accept most credit and debit cards as well as bank transfers in various currencies.

Do I need to be an advanced surfer?

Not at all. We cater to all levels of surfers. Whether you’re looking to catch your first green waves in a tropical paradise without the pressure of crowds or seeking serious barrel time, we have options that suit your level.

Why should I book with Glide instead of directly with the resort or charter boat?

We offer the same packages and prices as booking directly, but with the added benefit of our personalized service before, during, and after your trip. We often provide better rates, exclusive extras, and unique options. Plus, if anything goes wrong during your trip, we’ll be there to help fix it and make sure you’re taken care of.

How far in advance should I book my trip?

For peak seasons and popular charters, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance to secure the best options and rates. Generally, the sooner, the better—especially for charter boat trips. However, if you’re flexible and looking to chase a swell last minute, we can help you score the perfect wave.

Do you handle all travel logistics?

We’ll help you search for and find the best flight connections and routes for your trip. While we can’t book your international flights, we will can send an easy link to confirm them directly. Then everything from the moment you land in your chosen destination country will be fully taken care of.

How sustainable are your trips? How do you promote sustainable travel?

We partner with eco-friendly resorts and prioritize activities that minimize environmental impact while supporting local communities. We offset our own carbon footprint and can help you do the same for your trip. Many of our charters and resorts also focus on sustainability, and we’ll guide you toward the most eco-conscious options.

Do you offer private surf guides or coaches?

Yes, we have an extensive catalog of private coaches, guides, and watermen available to book for your trip. Whether you want to improve your technique or explore secret surf spots, they’ll help take your surfing to the next level.

Can I cancel my trip?

Cancellation terms vary by trip and depend on the operator's terms, we’ll explain them in full before you confirm your booking. Deposits range from 20%-50%, with the remaining balance from 30 to 90 days before your arrival.
