Glide Surf Travel was born out of friendship and years of shared work. After more than a decade each in the surf travel industry, traveling together, even living together for years and staying close friends through it all, we decided it was time to do things our own way.
We know how precious your holiday time is. For some it is the long-awaited escape after months of hard work, for others it is a yearly pilgrimage with family or friends, and for a lucky few it is multiple trips each year. Whatever the case, our goal is to make every trip unforgettable and we always aim for the trip of a lifetime.
That is why we start by listening. We ask questions, dig into the details, and put ourselves in your shoes. Then, we tailor the journey to match your idea of the perfect trip, whether it is a boat charter through remote waters, a resort with all the comforts, a cultural escape with plenty of waves on the side or any kind of special trip with surfing at its core, making sure each journey is as smooth as it is memorable.

From glassy Maldivian right-handers to steep Alaskan faces, he’s gained priceless knowledge of the best conditions, operations and stays. Lucky for you, he loves sharing these to craft your perfect trip.

Born in Buenos Aires and falling for surfing in Brazil as a kid, Ignacio (aka Nacho) escaped the East-Coast Syndrome over a decade ago chasing warm, hollow lefts. Surfing, coffee, and mate fuel him, while his passion lies in crafting trips that feel personal, not packaged. Always on the move, he stays close to the waves, partners, and loved ones.
