With Lohis breaking just steps from your villa, you've found one of the Maldives' most iconic waves. Exclusive to Hudhuranfushi guests and limited to just 45 surfers, the lineup stays relaxed, uncrowded, and a world away from the busier breaks elsewhere in North Malé Atoll. From May to September, consistent Indian Ocean swells produce long, playful walls with punchy barrel sections, while multiple take-off zones naturally spread the crowd. The shoulder seasons deliver softer, peeling waves that are perfect for beginners and intermediates looking to progress. When you're ready to explore, surf transfers and daily boat trips unlock nearby classics like Sultans, Jails and Cokes, as well as some more mellow options. Resident Surf Guides, coaches and a photographer are on hand to help and make sure you never miss a session.
