SUITES & VILLAS
THE SURF
SECLUDED BAYS AND WAVES
Perched in a more secluded bay, slightly further away from the crowds, there is a fun wave right in front of the resort. Then from just a few minutes either side you have all the famous waves of the area from the perfect beginner beach break at Weligama to the punchy reef breaks at Midigama and Ahangama or the peeling, mellow reefs you can find along the coast. Beginner to intermediate surfers are in paradise here, but there are plenty of options for advanced surfers to be happy as well. Surf guiding and lessons are available for all levels as well.
DINING
FLAVOURS OF THE ISLAND
At Eraeliya, food is more than fuel, it’s part of the experience. Our open-air restaurant blends international favourites with Sri Lankan soul, served beside the pool or under the palms. Whether you’re coming in from the surf or starting your day slow, their menus are designed to nourish, delight, and restore. Breakfast is always included and served wherever suits you best: your private terrace or the elegant Bawana villa, between 8 am and midday. Cocktails at sunset are the perfect way to round off the day.
